Five criteria

• Bonuses — size and realism of the welcome package, wagering requirements, how often promo codes are refreshed.
• Payouts — stated withdrawal times, minimum/maximum limits, fees on Canadian payment methods.
• Support — response time and channels (live chat, email), availability in French and English.
• Game selection — breadth of the slots, table and live-dealer library, and which providers are actually present.
• Mobile app — whether it's a native app or a browser wrapper, and parity with the desktop site.

How the score is set

Each criterion is scored out of 5 by the editorial team based on the checks above; the overall rating shown on our main review is the average. Scores are re-checked periodically, not just once at launch — see Editorial Policy for how updates happen.
